Q.  What is the height of the truck?
A. The height of the truck is 2.8m unloaded.

Q. What is the width of the truck?
A. The width of the truck is 2.55m unloaded.

Q. How long does it take for concrete to set?
A. It depends on the temperature, in hot weather the concrete sets quicker that in the cold. In the cold it takes between 6 and 8 hours. Hot weather and additives may decrease this time. Retarders may be used to extend this time. Concrete is cured to full strength in 28 days.

Q. What is the minimum load I can order?
A. Our minimum load is 0.3 cubic metres.

Q. What is the standby time?
A. We allow 25 minutes to unload, longer will be charged at $2 per minute.

Q. Can we cancel the load should the weather change overnight?
A. Cancellations will be accepted 90 minutes prior to delivery time. Failure to do so will require payment in full.

Q. Will the driver discharge the concrete into a wheelbarrow?
A. Yes, we can discharge directly from the truck’s chute to your wheelbarrow.

Q. What if I have difficulty with access, what should I do?
A. Please contact our office and we can arrange a representative to provide advice.

Q. Do we offer credit facilities?
A. Yes, subject to criteria, please contact our office for a credit application form.

Q. Can I collect my own concrete?
A. Yes, we can organise this for you upon request.
